South Sea golden pearl, round Burma sapphire and round yellow and white diamond pendant set in 18k yellow gold.  Weight of the sapphire is 2.57 carats, yellow diamonds total .38 carats and round diamonds total .38 carats.  The pearl measures 15-16mm.
