Akoya and Kasumiga pearls with round pink sapphires set in 18k rose gold in this 36 inch necklace.  The white Akoya pearls measure 9-9.5mm and the Kasumiga pearls measure 12.5-13.5mm.  Total weight of the pink sapphires is 9.02 carats.
